This Amaury Academy takes place as I am travelling with my wife Malennhy and our two children Oliver and Nahara.
We have decided to travel from June until August 2019 far from Gran Canaria, in Mexico, Puerto-Rico and Costa Rica.
May be we had the intuition of the bad 2020 and 2021 happenings that would  close fronteers and freedom…
Located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, Puntarenas is nicknamed « The pearl of Pacific ocean » : you can imagine !

LISTENING AND TALKING TO YOU

At the beginning of my course,  it is important to talk with the trainees.
Their questions help to find solutions to improve their riding.
That’s why you have to talk about your experiences, your difficulties
and I can meet those expectations precisely.
This is the key to progress.

TELLING YOU THE BASICS

Bodyboarding is a gymnic sport : this requires precision in gestures and positions,
acuity in looking at waves and trajectories.

I always take the time to explain the basics :
arm-hand-body contact points on the board,
spatial decomposition of the various manoeuvres (simple or more complex)
to allow to better visualize the movements and thus to better position oneself on the board.
This is the key to success.
