For my part, I never skip a meal. I use this light meal as a mid-day snack for example.

Physically, I have no fat to burn. If I have long training or riding sessions, I start to « burn » my muscles.

ENERGY EFFORT is an energetic drink.
Composed of two types of carbohydrates, it is formulated to gradually deliver the energy needed to sports effort.

Ideal for long-term effort, with maltodextrin, fructose, glucose, green and black tea extracts, vitamin B1.
It provides mineral salts in the blood, with a low glycerol index but that diffuses energy for quite a while in the body.
