I am luchy as I travel overthere with my wife Malennhy, who is a photographer, and our son Oliver who is 3 year-old.
My friend Jony Perez, who is the local SNIPER boards distributor, organizes a complete course of bodyboard and more.
Warm up, stretching, you, nutrition advice, mental preparation, competition focus…
During 10 hours a day, we work all together. It is very intense, sportive and rewarding for the participants as for me.
Some funny moments in waterfalls are ideal to feel what « relax » means. Malennhy is inspiring us, as she is a yoga adept.
